We dress the deck.
The requirements on deck
On deck, it is about staying dry and being seen. Rainwear and hi-vis clothing are the foundation, and the rest is built in layers over them. What the crew needs beyond that follows from the risk assessment of the shipping company and the tasks on board.
- EN 343
- Protection against rain
- EN ISO 20471
- Hi-vis warning clothing
The garments we suggest
Shell garments, a rain jacket and warm layers underneath, and a waterproof first aid bag on board. We adapt the range to the vessel and the season.

What are the requirements for workwear on board?
On board the same principles apply as ashore: visibility, weather protection and freedom of movement. Rainwear should be certified to EN 343, and decks with traffic or crane work often call for hi-vis to EN ISO 20471. We do not supply life jackets or other life-saving equipment ourselves. We put together solutions that cover both company requirements and daily life on deck.
Which workwear handles salt, wind and sea weather best?
Choose outer layers certified to EN 343 with sealed seams and solid zippers, combined with technical mid layers and thermal base layers. Layering works as well on deck as in the mountains and keeps the crew dry through the whole shift. We recommend garments tested in Nordic conditions.
Can hi-vis garments and rainwear be branded with a logo?
Yes. Embroidery works well on the dark panels and where the manufacturer allows it, and on the fluorescent fabric we use print. The logo must not cover more of the fluorescent fabric and reflective tape than EN ISO 20471 and the manufacturer allow. Placement and decoration method are assessed against the documentation from the manufacturer before anything goes into production. The crew stays visible, both for safety and for the company brand.
Do you deliver to shipping, aquaculture and yards across Norway?
Yes, we deliver branded workwear and protective equipment to maritime businesses along the whole coast, from fish farms to yards and offshore vessels. Everything arrives decorated with your logo, ready for use on board.
How do you handle sizes when crews change?
The range and sizes are already set up in the company portal, so new crew members order the right workwear in minutes. You control budget and selection, we handle decoration and delivery. That keeps things predictable even with high rotation.
We put together a proposal
Tell us about the vessel and the crew, and you will get a proposal for outerwear, the layers underneath and price.
