Hi-vis and reflective
EN ISO 20471 Class 2/3 vests and jackets for construction. Embroidery works well on the dark panels and where the manufacturer allows it. On the fluorescent fabric we use print, and the logo does not cover more of it or the reflective tape than the standard and the manufacturer allow.
Pants and accessories

The logo must not compromise safety
The jacket in the picture is a class 3 hi-vis jacket under EN ISO 20471. On hi-vis clothing, the logo must not cover the fluorescent fabric or the reflective tape beyond what the standard and the manufacturer allow. Embroidery works well on hi-vis clothing, on the dark panels and where the manufacturer allows it. On the fluorescent fabric we use print.

Quantity, Pantone and samples.
What is the minimum order quantity?
You can order from a single garment. The price per garment drops the more you order, and for embroidery the logo setup is spread across the whole order.
Can you match Pantone colours?
Yes, with print we match the Pantone colour directly. Embroidery uses a limited thread palette, so we pick the closest thread and send you a confirmation before production.
Which method do you use on hi-vis?
Embroidery works well on hi-vis, on the dark panels and where the manufacturer allows it. On the fluorescent fabric we use print. On EN ISO 20471 garments the logo must not cover the fluorescent fabric or reflective tape beyond what the standard and the manufacturer allow, so we check the placement against the manufacturer’s documentation.
Can you decorate garments we already have?
Yes, we can decorate garments you send us. Email us with quantity and method and we usually quote within 24 hours on weekdays.
Do you offer samples?
Yes, for orders over 50 units we provide a physical sample for a small fee, which is deducted from the main order.
