The idea behind Kai was to design a fun platter that would serve as a focal point on the festive table. A fish design in a deep red tone and a raised pattern were chosen to give the dish character. To add both height and playfulness, red cabbage was included as practical feet. This makes the platter both more elegant and practical when it is passed around the table. Material: dolomite.
