Xplor 2 is the second generation of our most versatile running shoe, with a newly designed upper that offers a more secure fit, improved ventilation and better durability for lasting comfort. This professional running shoe is inspired by the versatility of gravel bikes and has the same hybrid characteristics, feeling like a road shoe on asphalt and a trail shoe on gravel. The shoe's new and improved 2-layer engineered mesh upper (open-weave netting textile), designed with body-mapped zones, improves ventilation and provides a closer, more secure fit for a stable and comfortable run. What sets Xplor 2 apart is the integration of Vittoria's technology from world championship gravel racing. This innovative design, inspired by the Terreno Dry and Terreno Mix tyre tread patterns, provides exceptional grip and durability on all types of terrain, thanks to fishscale edges and progressive lugs optimised for maximum speed where the asphalt ends. For a smoother and more comfortable ride, the midsole has a softer version of our bouncy and responsive Px Foam™. Px Foam™ Px Foam™ is an ultra-light midsole material that excels in energy return, cushioning and flexibility. This high-performance foam has extremely low density, making it up to 20 % lighter than traditional EVA. The reduced weight combined with explosive rebound makes Px Foam™ perfect for every run. Vittoria outsole inspired by Terreno. This unique outsole is made in collaboration with bicycle tyre manufacturer Vittoria and features fishscale edges and progressive siping, inspired by the Terreno Dry and Terreno Mix tread patterns. The result is a sole optimised for maximum speed off the urban landscape, providing exceptional grip and durability on all types of terrain. Craft Endurance Fit™ Craft Endurance Fit™ has a narrow heel cup, a good fit in the midfoot and a roomy forefoot. The narrow heel cup ensures the shoe does not slip, giving outstanding stability on all types of terrain. The midfoot lock-in design provides a secure fit, boosting confidence with every step. In addition, the roomy forefoot allows natural movement of the toes and midfoot for even better comfort.
