The Contrast series from Kosta Boda is produced using a technique called centrifugal casting. The technique was invented in the Småland glass region in the 1950s and creates colour streaks inside the glass mass. Combined with colour powder and glass spinners added during the process, each product is unique. The blue/blue bowl is beautiful in itself, but can also be used as a fruit bowl or similar.
