Lightning and thunder, magical marvels. At Kosta Boda we celebrate cracks, beautifully preserved in glass. The bowls in pink crucible from the Crackle series have a sculptural and expressive exterior, created using an ancient craft technique in which the hot glass is dipped in ice-cold water. The cracked surface reflects daylight and reveals its stories of fire, earth and water. The bowl is mouth-blown at Kosta and designed by Åsa Jungnelius.
