Sunflower, originally launched in 1974 and designed by Göran Wärff, is an iconic series of lanterns from Kosta Boda. Sunflower is one of the foremost examples of how Wärff drew inspiration from nature and the natural play of light, a theme he transformed into some of the true classics of modern glass craftsmanship. Sunflower is part of Kosta Boda's re-release catalogue, in which selected objects from our archives are given new life and made available to a new audience. The small 92 mm lantern is beautiful on its own, but becomes even more striking together with the two other sizes, forming a lovely group that creates a lively and vibrant light display.
