The Doris pan is part of Sagaform's enamel series and is suitable for e.g. paella, wok, vegetables, soup, or anything else you want to prepare over an open fire. The pan is made of enamelled carbon steel with a very hard-wearing surface. It is important not to use sharp objects that could damage the enamel. The carbon steel heats up quickly and weighs slightly less than normal cast iron pans, while the enamel coating protects against rust. The Doris pan is available in two sizes.
